Anticoagulation Europe is the largest independent charity devoted to providing information, advice and support to people on anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapy; as well as fostering and encouraging communication and education. We work with medical professionals, other charities, government and industry. We are committed to the prevention of thrombosis, and for those already on medication, to help achieve a first class anticoagulation service.

Act 4 Kidz is an enthusiastic voluntary group that aims to offer children with special needs, aged 3 to 19 years living in Cambridgeshire, access to exciting and stimulating sporting and social events.

The ADDventure Within Adult ADHD Support group meets every other Monday of the month, from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. We offer a free short lecture on a relevant ADHD topic with question and answer time, followed by light snacks, tea, coffee, and social hour. We meet at VoiceAbility, on the ground floor of the building. You will have to ring the bell at one of two entrances (Huntingdon Road or via the car park). There is a car park in the back - please park in one of the bays that does not have a designated company name by it, or in the visitors bays. We will need to buzz you in at the entrance, so please let us know you are attending!
ADDventure Within is a coaching and support service for adults with ADD and ADHD. It provides 1-to-1 coaching, a bi-weekly support group, education, and skills training specifically targeted at issues for the symptoms of ADHD. Advance is a service which supports people with disabilities or mental health needs into work, volunteering or further education. We can:
work with you to identify what you need
help you understand and show your skills
help you to produce a CV, search for jobs and make an application
support you once you get a job

We aim to provide support and information to parents of children and young people with speech, language and communication needs in general, and specific speech and language impairments in particular, enabling them to secure appropriate help for their children. We arrange social activities and events that happen on a non-regular basis. We are happy to put interested people on our mailing list.

We have services that provide information and practical advice to enable people to remain independent. We provide visiting services, day-centres, support for carers, insurance, mental health advocacy service and home help.

Provide a free independent advocacy service for people aged over 65.
Our advocates will listen to you and enable you to obtain information. They will explore your choices and options and support you to have a voice, choice and control over decisions that affect you. They are there to represent your wishes if you want.
Advocacy can help with issues including:
• housing
• benefits
• finance
• accessing medical treatment
• hospital discharge planning
• safeguarding of vulnerable adults
• legal issues
• discrimination …and much more.
Clients can self-refer or others can make referrals with the permission of the potential client.
