Zumba stands out among all other aerobic programs because of its upbeat music and body-shaking moves. People have so much fun doing Zumba that they don’t even realize they are working out! It’s easy to make friends in a Zumba class; there’s no competition and everyone can just let loose!
Zumba has become sort of a lifestyle for some. I know students who go to classes sometimes twice in the same day, and then some who go at least once every day! Zumba bracelets, Zumba hats. Some people even have Zumba tatoos! I know people who look for a Zumba class when they travel to another town, just to get their Zumba fix!
Aerobic Fitness and Fun taught by Mrs Paula Wright (Qualifications are RSA/LCYMCA/50+/KFA). Member of The Register of Exercise Professionals. Classes for all ages 16-60+. Classes include:
* Using small weights - Dyna Bands to improve muscle tone;
* Weight bearing exercises included to help prevent osteoporosis and improve strength of muscles and bones;
* Cardio vascular work to improve heart and lung function;
* Mobilisation exercises and stretch - to improve movement and range of muscles and joints;
* 40+ and 50+ classes and senior age group classes catered for with special care.

The Jitsu Foundation, is a progressive martial arts organisation made up of martial clubs for children and adults. We acknowledge the history and practice of traditional martial arts, but place them in a modern setting for a modern changing society.
Many people come to Jitsu for self defence, others have different technical and spiritual goals. We will help you to strive to reach them, though they will all require effort, hard work and commitment.

SASS is a FA Charter Standard Community Football Club based in South Cambs.
Established in 1992 we now run teams at all age levels from Under 7 through to Under 17 and also two Senior teams for those who want to continue playing when their youth careers are over.
All our managers have appropriate coaching, emergency aid and safeguarding children certificates and have all been CRB checked.
The club is looking to develop and raise its profile in the community and new players and volunteers would be made very welcome.

Capoeira classes for all in Brampton, Huntingdon at the Brampton Memorial Centre in the Brampton playing fields.
Classes are suitable for complete beginners who are interested in learning a new fitness activity, as well as anyone with some experience who are looking for training opportunities.
While many capoeiristas are often seen doing impressive movements, you really don’t need to be super flexible and fit to learn capoeira – although with time you will find that your agility and fitness greatly improve!
Nordic Walking began in Northern Europe as summer training for cross country skiing, a sport considered to be one of the world’s most complete aerobic fitness activities.
