Drolma Buddhist centre in Dogsthorpe Road, Peterborough runs meditation classes at the Centre itself as well as various venues around the county. Also held at the centre are day courses and retreats on buddhist practice.
We are available for school/organisation visits, meditation/info sessions at your venue and general Kadampa buddhist community chaplaincy services.
There are occassionally rooms for rent at the Centre - please call to discuss and/or express your interest.

Fenland Dog training offers you and your dog hands on training and advice in a variety of different classes from beginners to advanced classes.
I have a secure real life working field for you and your dog to work in, I also have a upstairs indoor area if the weather is not good.
My classes are run from the Isle Vet Group in Ely

We offer a TELEPHONE SUPPORT SERVICE, a warm, emphatic and non-judgemental support service for people who's lives are negatively affected by their use of drugs & alcohol.

The Association aim is to give residents a strong and representative voice in Cherry Hinton affairs to try to maintain and enhance the quality of life of all residents.
The committee organise regular open meetings where residents are introduced to various Council Officers for housing ect and the local police team and events for the community.
DiY Communities is a limited company with community benefit. We identify and provide training and information for Community Organisations, including Parish Councils, to help them develop and deliver successful community projects.
Three of our directors have PTLLS qualifications and all four have experience and skills in community development, involvement and identity in established and new communities.
We are keen to ensure that our training, support and advice are affordable for community groups and apply for grants to enable us to do this.
Our information and training includes:
running a community organisation
finding and applying for different types of funding eg grants, loans and sponsorship
holding a community event
community consultation, cohesion and identity in established and new communities
many other relevant topics.

Yarn On The Square opened its doors in the centre of Ely in February 2010. Known for its level of customer care and expertise, the range of products has grown considerably with yarns being offered from all over the world and made from many different fibres to suit all tastes and needs.
The shop also hosts a wide variety of seasonal events, classes and workshops. Weekly Stitch and Bitch sessions happen each Wednesday evening (7-9pm) and customers are always welcome to bring in problem pieces for informal surgery sessions.

In Cambridgeshire, NYAS provide an advocacy service for all children and young people known to social care who may be a child in need, a looked after child, subject to child protection or wanting to make a complaint.
We also provide an Independent Visitor service to match looked after children with a volunteer to promote a long term friendship and access to the local community.
